If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Cerventapro is an educational platform that offers training programs in trading and investments. The content provided through the Site is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other type of advice. We are not registered financial advisors or securities intermediaries.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Argentine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

8. Payment Policy

Prices for our programs are published on the Site and may be modified without prior notice. Payment is made through the methods enabled on the platform. Once payment is made, the corresponding invoice will be issued in accordance with current Argentine tax regulations.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a trial period of 7 calendar days from the start of the program. If you decide to cancel your enrollment within that period, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. After that period, no refunds will be made except in exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree to: not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes; not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell educational content; not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site; not interfere with the normal operation of the Site; respect other users and instructors in interactive spaces.

11. Modifications

Cerventapro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the same.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Site, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
